Tea Room Cross-stitch

My hubby just completed another lovely cross-stitch piece just for me.

P9051880I love all the pretty teacups and the teapot, most with metallic trim.  The names of many teas are listed, including some of my favorites – Assam, Darjeeling, Earl Grey and Oolong.

Now he’s working on some cross-stitch Christmas cards.

Wow - All that lettering looks challenging! It's lovely hand work!

The piece is just wonderful. I am anxious to start a 'needlepoint' piece. I do alot of hand embroidery, but have never done this type of needlework. How inspiring.

Very pretty! I'm working on some counted cross stitch snowmen ornaments that I just started last week. I told my mother that at the rate I go, I'll have one of the six for her each year!
