It won’t be long before yard sales start popping up in the neighborhood. When you see a pretty teapot that is missing its lid, do you pass it by?
This one cost me 50 cents. It is “Nature Garden Society” fine china by Enesco Japan. A friend put this arrangement together in a few minutes with some old leftover silk flowers. I like the way she made the most of the materials by using pieces of the stem in the arrangement.
So I’ll be keeping my eyes open for lidless teapots and cups without saucers. There are a few other crafTea ideas that I’d like to try.

Great idea! I often plant flowers in them too and set them outside in the spring.

We are quite happy to provide lidless teapots with a home! We have a teapot tree in the garden... and hang them there. It's filling out quite nicely!

I do like this idea! I've placed flowers in mine too and I had the lid! Just took it off. Teapots are just so lovely and yours is very pretty.

Great idea. I use orphaned tea cups, why not the lidless pots!

What a pretty teapot! I would not have passed that by either. I use them in the garden for annuals and small plants. My nephew thinks its fun to run through the yard counting the teapots Auntie has hiding in the flowers, he thinks it's a game... I think it's an addiction! :o)
