My yard sale find today was this Royal Grafton bone china cup and saucer. I was delighted with the pale green and pink color, as well as the $3 price.
It was made by A. B. Jones & Sons from the Grafton works in Stoke-on-Trent, England.
The china mark on the saucer was used between 1957 and 1961. This company was in business from 1900 – 1972. So far I have been unable to find this pattern online, but it is fun to research these bargains.

hello. that is a lovely cup and saucer. wanted to tell you that the tea I sampled at the caw caw interpretive center was very good. it had a nice floral flavor. We did not drink much of it as the outdoor temperature was near 100 degrees where we were. but I enjoyed the sips that I tasted.

Well you certainly scored this weekend! That is a beautiful set, and I especially like the pretty soft green and the bands of color on the cup and saucer and the flowers and the gold accents ... well, I guess that means I pretty much like everything about it, ha! But congrats on your find!
This set is sooooo adorable. I love the “mintea” green color and all the flowers and what a price. Keep looking for such treasures my friend.
