Tearoom Scrapbook

Recently, I had the rare opportunity to spend a few days alone.  I enjoyed many things during that time.  One of them was completing a few pages for my Tearoom Scrapbook.  Two of the pages were about first time visits.  My younger daughter had her first tearoom experience at Miss Bessie’s Tearoom in Barnesville, GA.  We had a lovely time, and she liked her Apple tea so much that she purchased some to take home.  She is becoming more of a tea lover as time goes on.  It is such fun to find gifts of teapots, cups and assorted teas for her.

I also made a page about my Grandson’s first tearoom visit at Tea At Seven Springs.  He thought it was pretty neat.  They do a special tray for children and it had all his favorites.  He had lemonade instead of tea and flower shaped PB&J sandwiches.  This tearoom had some of the best scones I’ve ever eaten.  See a picture of their almond scone above in the blog title.

It is difficult to find many tea specific products for scrapbooking, but they are out there.  I have lots of tea stamps and punches.  Papers and stickers are a little harder to find.  It’s fun searching for tea scrapbooking supplies and tea themed fabrics wherever I go.

Your scrap booking is really awsome. I've longed to try it, but just don't have the time. But one day.....
Saw on Tea With Friends you want to plant blueberry bushes. I want to plant blueberry bushes this year too. I had them growing wild at my last home. I wish I had thought to take some cuttings with me! Ah, alas, I'll have to buy some!!! Yeah Spring!

Hi, thanks for stopping by. I do love to do tea. Scrapbooking is tough for tea I know. I go online and steal other scrapbooking tea ideas. LOL One idea I have used is to use the different size doilis and you can put stamp ink on them too to add color.
