Teacup Tuesday–Royal Albert “Regina” Series

Today I’m showing a recent estate sale find.  This is a Royal Albert bone china teacup that was made in England.

PB092223

This pattern comes in six different colors – aquamarine, black diamond, emerald, opal, ruby and sapphire.

PB092224

It has a lovely shaped handle and an intricate floral swag design in gold.

PB092227

This was the only teacup I purchased, but I did find some very pretty sugar tongs featuring an acanthus leaf design.

PB092232

This makes three now, so I have another collection to add to.

What a beautiful find. I love it. What I love about it is that it is different than the normal pink flowers I so often see. Very regal indeed!

This is a stunning tea cup, and it is a Royal Albert as well. It is a really good find. I also love the sugar tongs. Gorgeous!
I haven't been to an estate sale in many years. I should see if there are any in my area. Maybe I could be as lucky as you : )
Hugs,
Terri

I was wondering how do you clean all of your tea cups? I ask because I accidently removed some silver detailing when I was hand washing a teacup some time ago.

Thank you for stopping by to see my Alice pieces...I do wish Disney would do a sugar bowl and jug set to match too.

No, Marlena, that wasn't me in the magazine. I like to read all the great posts in ATAA, but I've never met any of those lovely ladies face to face.
