This cup from the Allyn Nelson Collection is bone china and made in England.
It has a pretty scalloped and gilded edge and I think the full blown roses with the lilacs are very pretty.
The little spray of flowers inside the cup is lovely too.
I don’t know much about this cup and couldn’t find this pattern online. There are many other beautiful patterns by Allyn Nelson.

I sold Anllyn Nelson years ago before they merged with Royal Patrician - you have a collectible for sure - very pretty!
This is a very nice cup, unique in the color combinations. Love the dash of lilac with all the deep reds and roses.
That is truly a beautiful cup and saucer set! Gorgeous!
Oh this cup of yours is a beauty! I think one of my all time Tea Cup Tuesday favorites!
